ULTRAMATIX started manufacturing Precision Air Conditioner Units since 1994 for the Electronic Telephone Exchanges of MTNL Mumbai & Delhi & subsequently expanded the operations in the other markets of Textile QA Laboratories, Paper Testing Laboratories, Defiance Applications, Sever Rooms & Data Centers .

All these applications call for critical control of supply air temp & Humidity on 365 days x 24 Hours basis. ULTRAMATIX MASTER precision Air Conditioning Units provide this control for these critical applications. These are available in 2-25 TR/7-90 KW ratings with matching air/water cooled condensers & Up/Down flow models.

ULTRAMATIX is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing facility with up to date testing & measurement tools & equipment for the making & testing of these units.

ULTRAMATIX Precision Air Conditioners are being used in almost all leading Textile & Paper Testing Labs in India including Bank Note Press, Security Paper Mills, Vardhman & Welspun Group, Raymonds, Cotton Corp. of India , CIRCOT & other Mills.

TURNKEY SUPPLY , INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING SERVICES :

ULTRAMATIX offers supply ,installation , Commissioning & Training of the client staff for day to day working for the Precision Air Conditioners on single point /Turn Key basis responsibility .

Site surveys are conducted to see the site status & calculate the heat loads to arrive at the desired cooling Capacity of the POrecision AC . The unit is manufactured at the factory & shipped to site followed by Technical Team for its Installation & Commissioning . After successful installation Temp/RH readings are logged for 24/48 hours & training to the customer staff is provided to maintain the system.

AFTER WARRANTY / AMC SERVICES & SPARES :

After warranty spares & AMC services are offered for smooth operation & running of the unit at client site

by monthly/quarterly visits for calibration checks & routine maintenance .
